Breach of contract
We had an solar and geyser installation agreement on the 14th August 2023 with Solar Mass energy To now after paying the 80% deposit nothing has been completed. Multiple WhatsApp's promises from solar mass energy but excuse after excuse. I was even asked to please remove my post on hello peter with a promise that the contractual work was to be completed in good faith but was again given the run around with new timelines be given all the time. Now messages go unanswered and request for a meeting or a return call is not honored. It is now three month later. Terrible service.

Solar Mass Energy *****s
Took my deposit in August already and still has not refunded or even *****ed equipment to the value never mind an install. Commitments and promises mean nothing from Peter. Their reviews on marketplace etc are probably **** and mostly their own employee

3 Phase system
It is my pleasure to recommend Solar Mass Energy for their excellent and professional services. They installed a 3-phase system that runs my entire household including the geysers. Their attention to detail and quality orientation is exemplary. The technical knowledge and skillsets enabled the team to balance the loads efficiently. Well done to Herman and Pieter, keep up the good work.

Solar Installation - Solar Mass Energy
Very good installation. My system is running for 6 months now without any problems. Received good service/delivery from Solar Mass Energy and would recommend them for any solar installation in the Gauteng area.

Incomplete project from Solar Mass Energy
We had an solar and geyser installation agreement on the 14th August 2023 with Solar Mass energy a required 80% deposit was paid. I followed up on an installation date on the 28th august as there was no communication. On the 28th i received an email confirming installation on the 7th September 2023. Team only arrived the 20th September. On Friday the 23rd September without the work being completed the team left and never returned. Nothing has been completed. Multiple WhatsApp's promises but excuse after excuse received. Posted frustration on the Facebook page but the grievance was removed. Till now i am trying to communicate with the company to complete the contracted work and getting empty promises. "All above is factual and can be verified with emails and WhatsApp's."

Solar Mass Energy-Avoid at all costs
<div>We contracted Solar Mass Energy to install a solar system in our home. We paid them 80% of the contract value on the 9th May 2023. The installation was only completed (after many phone calls, meetings and endless promises) on the 04 August 2023 - 3 months later. However there was a problem with the unit and it had to be removed to be repaired. We made a payment on the 24th August in settlement of the account as agreed with ****. Solar Mass Energy then had the gall to send us a lawyer's letter for an outstanding amount. Their accounts department obviously have no idea how to do a reconciliation. I would not recommend this company as they have no idea how to manage their cash flow and no idea how to meet customer expectation. Altogether a very frustrating and stressful experience.</div>
