Almost 7 years ago, when we started building our off-the-grid homestead in Tulbagh, we needed to find a solar power materials distributor to mentor us through the set up and installation of our system. A neighbor introduced us to Solar Solved, which was then a tiny company based in Milnerton. They were great, led us through each step of the process, never pressuring us to buy more than what we needed, while providing excellent service every step of the way. Over the years we’ve re**** on them for troubleshooting advice, repairs, and upgrades. But now, in terms of their business, we are tiny customers. They’ve grown to be one of the most respected independent suppliers of solar power equipment in the area. Yet the other day when we had an emergency with our LiO battery, they diagnosed the problem, and did a major repair with a very quick turnaround. We were treated as if we were their largest customer!
