Owner of SOLAR SOLVED AFRICA THREATENS PURCHASER
I HAVE PURCHASED OVER R250000 WORTH OF SOLAR PRODUCTS TO DO MY ISTALLATION WE PLACED A FURTHER ORDER FOR A BATTERY AND ODD AND END FOR ANOTHER R160000 Payment was done on 26 May and was told 3 days ago , order was ready for collection Arrived at premises to find the battery was only ordered yesterday I asked them to find out when the battery would be here and they refused to help me They verbally abused me The owner eventually arrive and he threaten me further DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS////

Almost 7 years ago, when we started building our off-the-grid homestead in Tulbagh, we needed to find a solar power materials distributor to mentor us through the set up and installation of our system. A neighbor introduced us to Solar Solved, which was then a tiny company based in Milnerton. They were great, led us through each step of the process, never pressuring us to buy more than what we needed, while providing excellent service every step of the way. Over the years we’ve re**** on them for troubleshooting advice, repairs, and upgrades. But now, in terms of their business, we are tiny customers. They’ve grown to be one of the most respected independent suppliers of solar power equipment in the area. Yet the other day when we had an emergency with our LiO battery, they diagnosed the problem, and did a major repair with a very quick turnaround. We were treated as if we were their largest customer! It is time this company is reported to the Competition Tribunal. How can you increase the price of a Lithium battery from R 21981.25 on 5 July 2022 to R27 000 on 16 September 2022 during a time of electricity crisis? We supported your business, bought Shoto 5.12kWh Lithium batteries from you In July 2022, but you are starting to rip people off in vulnerable times.

I was searching online for a JOJO tank pump, and came across Solar Solved Africa's website, www.solarsolved.co.za I send them an email requesting a quote , on their Website they had the pump advertised at a good price (R5958 (excl) /R6 852 (inc VAT ) and "If we don't have it in stock, we will order it for you!" I received a Quote almost R2000 more expensive as per the price on the site! When queried, Lizanett Du Preez, info@solarsolved.co.za, said they DONT have prices on their website, I replied with a screenshot of their website clearly showing the price!- https://www.solarsolved.co.za/index.php/products/grundfos-booster-pump-scala2-detail a few moments later, she replied - "We don’t have stock anymore Thank you" phethetic and useless company, they won't even honor the price on their own website!!! BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY LIES AND DECEIVE YOU, NOT recommended at all, and very unprofessional service
