I HAVE PURCHASED OVER R250000 WORTH OF SOLAR PRODUCTS TO DO MY ISTALLATION WE PLACED A FURTHER ORDER FOR A BATTERY AND ODD AND END FOR ANOTHER R160000 Payment was done on 26 May and was told 3 days ago , order was ready for collection Arrived at premises to find the battery was only ordered yesterday I asked them to find out when the battery would be here and they refused to help me They verbally abused me The owner eventually arrive and he threaten me further DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS////
i placed an order for 27 cubes of concrete and was asked to pay 2 days in advance for planning purposes. The delivery date and time was confirmed for 12 o clock and the five trucks would leave half an hour apart giving my contractor time to lay the cement. On the day of delivery, Wally phoned me at 12.25 to tell me they were running late and the first truck will be on site at 2 pm The first truck arrived at 15.15 after I had phoned at 1400 and was told the truck was loaded and had left already I asked the driver why he took so long and he told me that the truck had an exspired license and he had to use back roads to avoid the weighbridge for fines. One truck got her in 45 minutes while the others took over an hour The driver also told me that they had to do a big job of 200 cubes and mine was a small job. The trucks had just finished off loading and the next one was at the gate.. SO much for 30 minutes The last truck left the site at 17.15 The first 2 loads of concrete was good but the last 2 loads were very moist and my contractor had to work very hard to throw the slab The result of all of this is that I had to pay the contractor extra money as he had to work until 9 o clock to complete the cement slab I lodged a complaint with KYLE MAY in December and todate have had no feed back from him after sending him numerous emails and telephone calls.
I decided in November to change medical scheme and Bonitas was recommended. We filled in many forms and the broker consultant from Optivest Health services kept coming back and asking for more information. This went on till last week when we eventually agreed on the package suitable. In January we received our medical cards from Bonitas and i thought this is strange as we were never accepted by Bonitas as we did mot meet the requirements at that stage . Last week I had to cancell my exsisting cover as I had to give one months notice. I then saw that Bonitas had debited my account in January. I immediated contacted the broker to get my refund and to make sure that the debit order did not go off in Frebruary. February debit order went off so now I am out of pocket for R12000. To cut a long story short Bonitas call centre is a waste of time The brokerage tried to get my refund and its a week later. I eventually got the person who is going to do the refund, but no money is forthcoming I have lodged 3 complaints on their website. NO RESPONSE I was told by the broker that the refund would happern yesterday or today My bank account is as it was yesterday. All im saying THE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD The big companies dont care They are quick to take your money without your permission, but now its a mission and a fight to get it back Imagine if this was a person who needed the 12000 rand to buy food etc
I have been a subscriber for about 15 years with no issues. I have had 2 pricelock deals of which the last one came to an end at the end of March 2020. I phoned in and was advised that I can continue on a month to month basis at a cost of R749 as i have my own decoder. They said a consultant would phone me to downgrade. They billed me for the lockdown price of R919. I have tried on numerous occassions to get somebody to contact me to do the downgrade and give me my refund between the old and now new subscription. Same story every time A CONSULTANT WILL PHONE YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MOVING TO NEFLIX Not happy with their service
