BAD DELIVERY SERVICE
i placed an order for 27 cubes of concrete and was asked to pay 2 days in advance for planning purposes. The delivery date and time was confirmed for 12 o clock and the five trucks would leave half an hour apart giving my contractor time to lay the cement. On the day of delivery, Wally phoned me at 12.25 to tell me they were running late and the first truck will be on site at 2 pm The first truck arrived at 15.15 after I had phoned at 1400 and was told the truck was loaded and had left already I asked the driver why he took so long and he told me that the truck had an exspired license and he had to use back roads to avoid the weighbridge for fines. One truck got her in 45 minutes while the others took over an hour The driver also told me that they had to do a big job of 200 cubes and mine was a small job. The trucks had just finished off loading and the next one was at the gate.. SO much for 30 minutes The last truck left the site at 17.15 The first 2 loads of concrete was good but the last 2 loads were very moist and my contractor had to work very hard to throw the slab The result of all of this is that I had to pay the contractor extra money as he had to work until 9 o clock to complete the cement slab I lodged a complaint with KYLE MAY in December and todate have had no feed back from him after sending him numerous emails and telephone calls.

Almost 1 year ago Ciolli ready mix pumped concrete at my property. Needless to say because of their market dominance they are extremely dictative as to how the process is implemented. With the set up of the pumping they went across my tennis court and said they would not damage it. What a nightmare and a comedy of errors when their pipes gashed holes in my tennis court surface. Then the concrete got blocked in the pipes and spurred concrete all over my tennis court, afro turf and paving cobbles. They guaranteed that they would clean up. Our tennis court and fencing was wrecked as well as our surrounding entertainment area. They have obtained quotes for the repairs however they have appointed an assessor which in our opinion is clueless as to the process. Ciolli you have liability insurance that covers you for these kind of issue especially when dealing with high end clients. Be a responsible company and face up to your responsibility.

Cioli Ready Mix laughing stock of the industry...
Cioli Ready Mix concrete must be the absolute ultimate when it comes to non existing service and they just don't give a ****... We use approximately 4500 / 5000 cubes of Readymix per annum and I will never ever use Cioli again and I will recommend anyone that do use them, get out you are just frustrating yourself and making yourself old before your time. This company just don't answer their phones when is comes to delivery.
