Product doesn't work and poor workmanship

To say I am disappointed in your product and your service is an understatement.

When I reported issues regarding poor installation I get treated as if I'm the one in the wrong.

When I contacted you to enquire how my electricity usage Actually increased after installation of your product, I get totally ignored and promptly blocked from messaging you or calling you.

At the end of the day, it appears as if your product Doesn't work and that your workmanship is very questionable!!
