To say I am disappointed in your product and your service is an understatement. When I reported issues regarding poor installation I get treated as if I'm the one in the wrong. When I contacted you to enquire how my electricity usage Actually increased after installation of your product, I get totally ignored and promptly blocked from messaging you or calling you. At the end of the day, it appears as if your product Doesn't work and that your workmanship is very questionable!!
After about 5 weeks of trying to resolve this issue through the relevant channels the only response I have managed to get is From Lourens R.O.D for Spar - "He is the owner of the store he can do what he wants" From Robert the owner of the Store - "Its my shop if you don't like it go somewhere else' The Bottom line is the Owner of SPAR is totally uninterested in Customer service and he only cares about his bottom line. I have asked to have a face to face meeting with him on at least 4 occasions and each time he has refused to do this. Other than this he is dishonest in the way he has dealt with the People from SPAR head office and with me Dealing with Customer Service at SPAR has been equally as challenging. I have spoken to multiple Customer services representatives including Janine and Tholi (Spelling). Ive dealt with the Area Manager John as well as the R.O.Ds (Louwrens, Pieter and Mike) In the Case of John and Louwrens I was Continuously told I would get a call back or feedback either in a few hours or the next day, and on each occasion that never happened. It was always me who would need to phone and follow up and see if I got lucky by actually getting hold of someone at SPAR. In Short, the Store Handled me poorly and was dishonest to SPAR regarding my complaint. SPARs Customer services team has been totally ineffective and probably inept in their handling of this complaint (I will Acknowledge that Janine as the Customer services agent tried her best) so SPAR what is the point of a Customer services team if you are and I quote "Powerless when dealing with the owner" And to the Owner of that SPAR, as I told you I wont go away, your dishonesty in your dealings on this matter is unacceptable and your refusal to have an Adult conversation face to face just shows you have something to hide!! SPAR is this really what you are about?
