Solar Boks no replay
Hendrik I ordered and paid (19th Nov 2021) for 1 (one) battery and 1 (one) 5kv Inverter. I am still waiting for delivery 1week later. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to E-mails. Must be a scam.

Solar Boks no replay
Hendrik I ordered and paid (19th Nov 2021) for 1 (one) battery and 1 (one) 5kv Inverter. I am still waiting for delivery 1week later. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to E-mails. Must be a scam.

No refund of item as advertised
2 x 4.8kWh lithium-ion batteries where ordered from the company the first week of May'21. When the items was delivered after making an additional payment to get it delivered, it was not the items as indicated on the add. Items delivered was very badly packaged and damaged. Looked like they have been passed around a couple of times. The mobile phone indicated on the website was phoned, but it was not answered. Messages sent a couple of time, but also no feedback was received. A return policy was listed on the website and I started the process of getting it back to them for a refund. Delivery of the returned items was confirmed. A Hellopeter review was done on them earlier, but they indicated it had to be removed, so they could sell the batteries that was sent back. This is not normal practice for any reputable establishment. It's now close to 4 months and I've not received any feedback of refund. I've sent mails and messages repeatedly, but still nothing. What's concerning is that they had a website that looked like the Boks were supporting them, but it was only a marketing stunt that pulled in client.

<div>Good Day I feel that I have to warn other buyers. I have bought a 6KW lithium Battery from Solar Boks on the 9th of June, it is now the 14th of July. I still don't have any battery. I paid R15600 which is now according to me gone. I am going to the police later today to open up a case of theft. These guys are full of excuses and only have one cell phone number which they rarely answer. If you don't want to waste time and money, definitely don't buy from these guys. My Client are furious with me now and my good business name is lost due to these people.</div>

They are a lot of Crooks I ordered a lithium ion Battery and received a depleted s**** battery They promissed to replace but after 6 weeks no contact. Dont answer phone, email messages. I am sure the battery I received was from a s****yard.

Other Solar Companies must stop Posing as unhappy clients to try take Solarboks down
Hi, I have bought a few systems for my clients down here in Vanderbijlpark together with their Lithium-ion batteries and all my clients are happy after each installation not only because I saved them money but also regarding the condition of the product. The reason why I am giving the Five stars is not because of the excellent service I got from them but also regarding the Fake Reviews other solar companies posing to be unhappy clients just to get more of SolarBoks Clients to turn away and buy from them at higher prices. I can proudly say that I am a happy customer so far. Regards Derrick
