Fantastic aftersales

I live my life online, because of necessity. I purchased a Solenco 260c fan. Not top of the range, merely to get 2 kids through loadshedding. Today I was mailed a review to complete. I did. Within 3 hours Solenco (Mathew) had touched base. That is impressive. The fact that they take their client satisfaction and their product quality so seriously......well that's not something seen with other suppliers. Mathew, thank you for the efforts in ensuring the product meets the required standard.
