I am not going to recommend Solo store to anyone

I will never recommend Solo shoes to anyone because they did not even take pains to respond or to attend my problem, even when I was at their store at Matlosana Mall the lady who is working there did not want to use their land line saying they are not allowed to do that if I want to call head office I need to use my phone.

So it is clear that Solo store and its management do not know customer service.
