I bought a pair of boots for a friend for her birthday, she did not have an issue with shoes, but when she wore the shoes she felt that they were uncomfortable, when she took the off she realized the boots had no inners which was a factory fault, I had bought shoes from them in store and online which I never had a problem with, I called sole shoes and spoke to Rito who requested for a picture and I sent it and he later sent me another picture after investigation to confirm that the boots had no factory inner and it a factory fault and sent me to festival mall where the shoes were sent from to return them for a proper pair. I went there and spoke to Palesa, who contacted the manager who seemed to be a lady and she said because the shoes were worn they will replace the inners, the inners they were going to replace were not faulty she then insisted on giving me size 6 inners for a size 5 pair of shoes she called the manager again who said I must take shoes and they will contact me because she is rushing for a meeting when I was instore, I refused and left the shoes there because why would they sell faulty shoes and refuse to replace them, how many visits must I take to the store, I mean that is the reason why I purchased online, now I must wait for them to come back to me, I mean what the hell is this? What company would sell a pair of shoes without inners, if the were normal shoes I would have noticed unfortunately this type of pair is stretch so we would have seen, we had to roll them down to check, the service today was horrible, and when I asked for the manager's name they refused to give it. I am disappointed, I am definitely not buying from solo again, I Want My Money BACK
