This is specifically for SAPS Mogwase, The matter of it is also very sensitive, numerous times Irene Molope has been there many times concerning the issue, she is returned home without a solution, she has spoken to Station commander Raphata, We only ask that he attends before it is too late and come up with solutions, Mogwase police station always promises to come, or to send someone but they never do, We just ask that they put themselves in the shoes of someone who is desperate for help and is constantly just left hanging, please attend and allow for the poor woman discuss the issue without you just promising to come and then you don't
The issue with Richfield dates back to 2022, It was results after that it was work intergrated learning that has been missing , which they found and the Certificate has been requested in August 2024 and still no Certificate, I have emailed them at the Campus after my brother who is the student has failed to get assistance, At the beginning they has said they was no access to ful results, which they later got hold of and sent to me saying that the work intergrated has been marked , Koholofelo sent that nad said she tried to call me but my phone is on voicemail and I have not received a call from her , i sent my cellphone on the email for her to call me she has not, They have now just left me hanging , Because i asked for solid feedback on when my brother is finally receiving his, It has been been hell with the college considering thsy denied hom graduation because he is an old student which they themselves delayed beacuse they could not find results of his for 1 subject for 1 year and a couple of months because they has system changes, and one teacher passing and now finally after found results , course finally , no graduation and no certificate and no one is will to help with no hope of ever getting it because we are just being ignored, i have included on the email, Sadi Murali, Kholofelo Mampa, Mr Chinimbiri, and Phumi Mhlongo I keep going on the email for the latest none of them is responding , This where I usually come to get them to help, they do not assist willingly, one more complaint about Richfield Graduate, This college is surely operating like a fly by night for the fees that we paying Again Student number is 401701427
I bought a pair of boots for a friend for her birthday, she did not have an issue with shoes, but when she wore the shoes she felt that they were uncomfortable, when she took the off she realized the boots had no inners which was a factory fault, I had bought shoes from them in store and online which I never had a problem with, I called sole shoes and spoke to Rito who requested for a picture and I sent it and he later sent me another picture after investigation to confirm that the boots had no factory inner and it a factory fault and sent me to festival mall where the shoes were sent from to return them for a proper pair. I went there and spoke to Palesa, who contacted the manager who seemed to be a lady and she said because the shoes were worn they will replace the inners, the inners they were going to replace were not faulty she then insisted on giving me size 6 inners for a size 5 pair of shoes she called the manager again who said I must take shoes and they will contact me because she is rushing for a meeting when I was instore, I refused and left the shoes there because why would they sell faulty shoes and refuse to replace them, how many visits must I take to the store, I mean that is the reason why I purchased online, now I must wait for them to come back to me, I mean what the hell is this? What company would sell a pair of shoes without inners, if the were normal shoes I would have noticed unfortunately this type of pair is stretch so we would have seen, we had to roll them down to check, the service today was horrible, and when I asked for the manager's name they refused to give it. I am disappointed, I am definitely not buying from solo again, I Want My Money BACK
I withdrew 4000 from my betway account and withdrew it via nedbank send imali which nedbank then send me the withdrawal voucher for together with the pin. I never got that money, I called them and they told me they reversed the money back into my account however now nedbank is refusing to give the proof of reversal of the money that they are saying they have sent back to my account that has not reflected back into my account, I cannot why a person who says I have paid your money refuse to issue , I need my money back please I hate the run arround that they are giving me together with betaway, Non of these two want to take accountability
This is for the community of Ivory park extension 2. We have not had electricity for almost 2 years since April 2022. Every time since that time eskom people have come here to assist with nothing . They have just been coming here to get the community to pay money to get a transformer. We have had too many references to mention. My aunt Sophy Mashile of house number 866 16 June ivory park 2 has been attending the meeting where everytime they are they will have electricity before the end of the week. At times they come with the transformer and drive away with it. Because they are told there were other people who had bridged electricity who must pay first before the install this transformer. But why is the people who have been paying for electricity suffering because others are not complying. This is inhumane to treat a community like this. Eskom must answer. Who lives without electricity for 2 years. Eskom must come install this transformer by the next week and cut off electricity for those who are not paying this is sick. Children are also suffering to go prepare for school in the morning even working people. If someone is even concerned let them call 0636154136. I suspect this transformer has been sold.everyone who has been sent to this side must be be held accountable because I suspect this transformer has been sold. People have paid money and still no transformer to people who are able to dig in their pockets and buy it even when they do not have to
I have been living at syringa mews for 2 months , today I came back from work to walk in my apartment without electricity when everybody in the complex has. my box has units . i called the complex manager for an explanation and he told that my box is on tamper mode. i am staying by myself i am always at work . i hardly ever cook . i do not own a microwave and a washing machine which does not make because even my geyser is not always on. i am mad as hell as i was told I was calling after office hours. The box is as i found it and not tampered with and i am made to feel bad for complaining. I was not even made aware or received a call to let me know what is going on which is unprofessional ( overall I am enjoying the quietness of the place I am regretting moving in here. In the mean time I have to bath to bath with cold water in the dark in the morning when i go to work now until the issue is resolved . I have take pictures of the box.
I am still unhappy with the way Richfield graduate institute for how the are handling the matter. After writing a review here i was promised it was going to be attended to. It had been a year that my brother haf compleyed his studies but no results. The response was thst He has passed and I should come to the campus which I was happy about. I am dissapointed to say that since January which is seven months later I am still begging for feedback on that cerficate. I am being made feel like i am unreasonable and i have to be understanding all the time. I have following up including my brother going to the campus still no progress. I now have to use a diffrent number every time i call tje campus manager chinimibiri because everytime i use my number. I used my friend'd number and he immediateley answered. I am beginning to feel like Richfield is a fly by night institute. Now almost 2 years later still np certificate wooooow. I will continue to come back here until i get that cerficate and also make sure when i get it that it is legit
I am am extremely dissapounted with the way things are handled at the braamfontein campus of manger Mr Chimbiri. I have paid fees with my hard earned money which was not easy to put my brother of student number 117204 through this institute. My brother has completed , it has been over a year and stll no results for just one subject. Others have graduated and and yet we are still waiting taken back and forth. The subject is Statistics and was failed in the first year which he then wrote supplemetary 511 . The was a special re assessment test vecause it was only one module left of which the mark that was recorded was fir the actual exam without adding the supplemetary marks. Module was handled by lecturer Brian which was later handed over to lecturer Stephen. Latest feedback from Stephen is I am sorry I cannot remember i talk to too many students please send a message again monday stating your issue of results. If one is not on leave it is something else. I AM SICK OF IT. PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR THIS NONSENSE AND WITH THOSE RESULTS ALL RESULTS MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE FINAL RESULTS, THERE BETTERCBE NOTHING MISSING ,EVERY YEAR FEES ARE GOING UP AND YOU HAVE WASTED OUR TIME ENOUGH, I WILL NOT BE PAYING MORE. I EXPECT RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER RHAT HAS BEEN RUNNING OVER A YEAR ASAP He failed
We had terrible experience with the Dstv installer from Moruleng Mall. My mother bought a Dstv a pep 3 weeks ago which she has been calling to ask when they are coming to install. The name of the installer allocated is Raphick Kabondo. My mother called this person every and when my asked if she should return the decoder to the store because is not getting the service he responded by saying go ahead and return it to the store. I feel like he has no respect for dstv customer. This not how you treat a customer for crying out for service and he still hasn't come showing he does not care and he is never gonna come. Something needs to be done about this. We are paying our hard earned money to these businesses that don't care about us after we they have taken our money and treat like trash and speak to us anyhow and pass us from department to department. I am sick of it
I took a contract with Vodacom on 1 November 2015. I upgraded on the 1st of August 2017. I continued to pay for my contract that ends I November together with my upgraded contract. So I paid for 2 devices for 3 months. However Vodacom is telling me that the first 3 months of the new contract was not paid for. But how when I started paying for my upgrade from the time I received which means I was paying for. On their system there were 2 dates for when my contract is supposed to be ending. So I logged a call. They closed the called without telling me of the outcome of the call. So I called this morning and spoke to a consultant who told me that my contract is ending in August and transferred me to the retentions department and spoken to a consultant by the name of palesa matjila who could not explain to me why and when I asked to speak to someone else who will understand she told me she suspected I was gonna want to speak to someone else. She put me on hold for too long and came back to tell me that her supervisor Kabelo Molosi is refusing to speak to me because He is going to tell me the same thing anyway. I am so tired of this. Vodacom is the worst network ever
