Bad customer service My sister bought a TV and it's not working and we went there and we were told as long we have the proof that the TV was bought there they will fix it and it must show which day and serial number must be there. Firstly the lady that was helping her ask for her personal details and that promised her they will contact her back but after a week nobody called and she decided she must go and check because she has been waiting for so long for a call .
Today we went again there with the proof and the lady at customer service told us she can't help us and we ask for manager and we were told the manager is in a meeting but the funny part is she call the manager and told him or her that we are there the same person who cant come and talk to us because of meeting can talk with her on the phone..its bad and rude to treat customers like that.
