I wish I could give them -5 stars. First they tried to force me to take a smaller photobook than the one I paid for. I had to upgrade the software at my cost to resize and get the A4 size I paid for. I was then promised that I would receive my books on time. The Thursday (one week before due date) I was promised the books were printed and being delivered. On Friday when I phoned the books were being finalized and sent that afternoon. When I phoned on Monday they were printing the inside pages and finalizing. On Tuesday I went from speaking to Shantel to Peter the "new" owner. I was promised that they were sending that day. On Wednesday morning when I phoned the courier company the package hadn't even been picked up. Peter then promised me it would be on a fight Wednesday night. Thursday morning when I phoned I was told that because one of the books were cut in half. I needed these books for a birthday on the Saturday. Needles to say I got the one book on the Monday. The photobook was the worst quality I have ever seen. The printing wasn't even alligned and the inside was 2 pieces of standard paper (printed really bad quality) stuck together with glue. Some of the pages were even torn. Worst service ever!!
