I wish there was an option to give half a star or no star! I submitted the pictures for my photo books on 10 July but to date have not had any response to my numerous e-mails. Nobody is answering the phone for the last month either. I have not received any of my 4 books and feel I am being robbed!

So, I eventually received my photobooks after two months, and I am utterly disappointed to say the very least. Printed on normal paper and by the looks of it by a normal colour printer, the quality sucks. My photos and text are cut off or swallowed by the binding (despite my honouring the page bleeds). My last page ended up on the back cover of the book! Even the binding is terrible, simply glued together and you cannot page properly. I think I could have done a much better job myself! I'm SOOOOOOOOO disappointed after having put in SO much effort and time into designing the books - absolute waste of money!

PATHETIC!!! Absolutely NOTHING to talk about! Also paid for a voucher for four photobooks and still waiting!! Already placed my order the first of July and still waiting. Excuses, excuses, excuses and no communicating or correspondence - Always still in production or breakdown of a machine....bla, bla, bla.... Do NOT buy anything from them - Terrible service!! My next step is to actually report them to the National Consumer Commission - People who run a business like this, should be held responsible for not delivering services already paid for and promises made but not delivered!!

This is for a voucher I bought on hyperli for "Something2talkabout" - I wish I could give them -5 stars. First they tried to force me to take a smaller photobook than the one I paid for. I had to upgrade the software at my cost to resize and get the A4 size I paid for. I was then promised that I would receive my books on time. The Thursday (one week before due date) I was promised the books were printed and being delivered. On Friday when I phoned the books were being finalized and sent that afternoon. When I phoned on Monday they were printing the inside pages and finalizing. On Tuesday I went from speaking to Shantel to Peter the "new" owner. I was promised that they were sending that day. On Wednesday morning when I phoned the courier company the package hadn't even been picked up. Peter then promised me it would be on a fight Wednesday night. Thursday morning when I phoned I was told that because one of the books were cut in half. I needed these books for a birthday on the Saturday. Needles to say I got the one book on the Monday. The photobook was the worst quality I have ever seen. The printing wasn't even alligned and the inside was 2 pieces of standard paper (printed really bad quality) stuck together with glue. Some of the pages were even torn. Worst service ever

<p>I order 4 block mounted canvas prints early in November. They were to be Christmas gifts. Early on all seemed fine. Peter answered the phone and responded to my initial email. When I sent through the pictures I wanted printed via email, however, there was no response. I tried calling numerous times and there was no answer. I then got hold of someone at head office, but she stated that she could not help as she is not in the same area or division in the company. She did give me an alternative number for Peter. I called that number and got through to him. He said he would get back to me, he didn't. I then called him again. He said I would have my prints by the end of this week as they are closing for Christmas. It appears today (from the voicemail message) that they have closed already and I do not have my prints. I didn't even need them to be posted. They were to be collected from Peter as soon as he let me know they were ready. I'm not sure I will ever receive the goods I paid for from something 2 talk about. </p>
