False advertising and delivery of substandard product
Although delivery was swift, I did not get the product I had ordered. On their website, the Tuff-Luv replacement earpads for Logitech H340 Headsets were advertised as "High quality leather and foam." What I received had absolutely no leather and were two super thin foam earpads. At R180, I feel this was a rip-off. I e-mailed them on the same day as receiving the substandard product. 4 Days later, and I'm yet to receive a response. Can unfortunately NOT recommend this business and will not use them again.

OneDayOnly - worst after-sales service ever!
Ordered and paid for a airfryer on 4 July. Received a broken airfryer - big crack across the entire one side with a large piece missing. Logged a return on 16 July and was repeatedly requested to send photos and videos of both the airfryer and the packaging (even the courier packaging, which I had to dig out the ******* bin). They eventually decided to come and collect the **** they sold me, but after a month I am yet to receive a refund. I have good reason to suspect that they sell store-rejects at discounted prices and will definitely not be buying from OneDayOnly again - worst after-sales service ever!

Nifty Gifts... a real nifty online store!
My first order from Nifty Gifts and I was mighty impressed! Delivery was super fast, well packaged in a quirky box (which could double as a gift box) and the shwe-shwe bag I order was exactly what I was expecting from the description on the site. They were very responsive to a query I had, and the matter was resolved quick and easy. Highly recommend Nifty Gifts!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - PATHETIC SERVICE & PRODUCT!!!!
So, I eventually received my photobooks after two months, and I am utterly disappointed to say the very least. Printed on normal paper and by the looks of it by a normal colour printer, the quality sucks. My photos and text are cut off or swallowed by the binding (despite my honouring the page bleeds). My last page ended up on the back cover of the book! Even the binding is terrible, simply glued together and you cannot page properly. I think I could have done a much better job myself! I'm SOOOOOOOOO disappointed after having put in SO much effort and time into designing the books - absolute waste of money!
