They signed me up for a subscription without my consent and made me pay R250 per month.
<p>This company is not a company which you want to be connected to. They make you crazy with their calls. The phoned me yesterday while I was in meetings 11 times. </p>
<p>This is a company run by the owner. You deal with the owner directly and it makes all the difference. Due to a miscommunication they brought the wrong equipment, but they were more than happy to drive all the way to Howick and back to our place in Greytown to go and get the correct equipment on the same day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their rental prices are good and the equipment very safe and sturdy. I would recommend them to anyone.</p>
<p>Apparently they relocated to another warehouse which caused a delay in the delivery of the boxes in July. They did notify me in an email beforehand. This I understood.</p> <p>But when the box was almost a month late I phoned. The lady promised to follow up and let me know what is going on. This was the first empty promise.</p> <p>We then saw some of their agents at the baby expo and told them about the matter. They promised to do something about it withing 2 days. This was the second empty promise. </p> <p>I then phoned once again to inquire about our package and once again I was promised that they would find out what is going on. I specifically asked the lady to phone me back and let me know what is going on. She also promised to do that. Those were the third and fourth empty promises. <br />I have now had enough of empty promises. </p>
<p> They delivered my canvas print in record time. There was, however, a mixup with the courier and I got the wrong picture. I immediately contacted Peter and received the correct print the following day. </p> <p>This company MUST be supported! We adopted a little girl in October and signed her up for MySlimKind/MySmart/Kid and we got our second parcel yesterday. We are very impressed by the value for money. I am sure if I were to buy everything I got in the box at the shops I would have paid a lot more than what I pay for this product. <br> <br> It is really helpful and I would recommend it to anybody who wants a truly smart kid.
We live in Greytown, 70km from the nearest city. We ordered a dvd from [URL Removed] on Wednesday 30 September. They said the expected delivery date will be on Monday 5 October. Less than 24 hours later, on Thursday 1 October the parcel was delivered at our door! How is that for service! <br> <br> Thanks once again, [URL Removed] for making my day. I had a product delivered via Fastway couriers. They pitched up at my house without any notice in advance while we were not at home. They then left a note saying they will come the next week. Again they did not give notice of the exact day. <br> <br> I eventually got hold of someone who says he is the owner of the company. I asked him to give us at least a day's notice or better yet phone me to discuss a date and time which will suit us. Then he got very rude saying that I should not tell him how to run his business. He kept on being rude and kept interrupting me even after I told him that I don't have energy for this as we have death in the family at the moment.<br> <br> Please take note that for Fastway couriers there is no such thing as putting the customer first, nor do they have any empathy for their customers. BE WARNED.
I bought a Groupon for a boat trip. Unfortunately on the only day we could go the weather was not good so we could not go. We took up the matter with the supplier to get a refund and they referred us to Groupon which asked us for the details. We sent them the email exchange with the supplier, but since then Groupon's customer service seems to be ignoring us, replying to other matters, but not even mentioning this problem. <br> <br> In my mind this is extremely unprofessional.
I needed 3 tyres and told a very friendly sales person (Krishan) I was in a hurry. He immediately got his staff into action. They fitted 3 new tyres to my vehicle and had me driving away in 30 minutes from arriving there on a busy Saturday morning. THAT IS SERVICE! What a pleasure doing business with you!
