I have had this time share for close to 30 years. There has been no issues until the end of 2022.
For over the past 10 years I have chosen the rental pool option. At the beginning of every year I would need to send an email to be included in the rental pool option. I would sometimes receive a confirmation and at other times not receive a confirmation. Regardless of this I would still receive my rental income.
For 2023 and 2024, I did not receive a confirmation. When I checked this month, I was advised that no email was received. After submitting proof of my email, I was advised that this could have possibly gone into spam and I was asked if I would like to get rid of my timeshare. i.e. dispose of. After querying a few more times, I was advised that the monies for 2023 was split up and no further monies was available. It appears that I will also not be sharing in the 2024. I have also requested that this matter be escalated and have had no feedback regarding this.
