I truly believe this company, which advertised on Instagram, is a *******. I ordered one hat online, I received an email confirming that purchase after which two amounts were taken from my credit card and I received a second email saying I’d bought two, which was categorically not the case, why buy two hats the same? Since then, my emails of complaint have been handled by “Emma” who behaves like a bot, refusing to address my demand for a refund of one hat, for them to collect the hat charged for and sent in error. She/it, only offers a discount on the second unwanted hat and says it’s my responsibility to return and am I not aware of the cost to the environment of returning. This has been going on for weeks, not one email specifically addressed. Based upon my experience, you would be a fool to buy anything from them as they can access your card details and make charges that bear no resemblance to the order.
