From the bad experience I had with 2 agents at Sotheby’s Randburg I turned to social media and eventually got some assistance. I got his details sent him a message and had to follow-up with the call he promised. He apologized on behalf on the Agents and agreed they did not do their duties or handle the situation correctly. I sent everything to him as requested and he was going to make a suggestion on the Monday. I had to follow-up again, he then goes off at me, not allowing me to talk, he forgot what he committed to yet goes off. After that he did nothing. When the transfer attorney’s were working on the letter, I said I would like an update for my lawyer and also not to forget about the Agents as they too need to be held responsible, he then carried on and on wanting my lawyers details, like testing me.
He needs to learn people and communication skills and to just listen, extremely rude, disrespectful man.
