Shocking Customer Service!

I ordered some autos from them in October last year. Planted 5 of them on 17th October hoping to have them ready some time the end of Jan. To start with only 1 germinate and survived. Secondly it clearly wasn't the seeds that I ordered. By beginning of Jan, not even a start of showing any signs of starting to flower, never mind that it should be nearly finished. I have contacted them on numerous occasions via email and whatsapp and no answer or resolution to the problem. Not even to acknowledge. Shocking customer service! Totally threw off my planning to get through the winter months.
