Great moving experience
Very impressed with the service and communication. The guys don't waste time when they get there to pick up the stuff. The get started and keep going until the job is done. Friendly staff that did our move from CT to JHB. I can highly recommend them

Late delivery
Whatever happened to overnight delivery to major centres? Surely from JHB to Cape Town should qualify for that. Dropped off on Monday morning, Wednesday night 18:00 still not delivered!! No one can give me an answer as to where it's at. Call centre agents, whatsapp chatbot, whatsapp agents. Neither of those channels had an answer, just that the driver is not back yet. This should have been an issue after 24 hrs, not 48! Not the first time this has happened either!

SCAMMERS!!!
It should be 0 stars!! Don't go near them. I ordered something on the 19/12/2021 expecting it to be delivered within the 20 days estimated time. About a month later I sent an enquiry as to the whereabouts of my order. Four days later I received an acknowledgement of receipt of my query and a week later I was informed that the supplier has no stock and that they will be processing the refund. That was nearly 3 months ago!! About 6 weeks after that response I sent off another query and got another response of 'we will follow up and get back to you". Three weeks later the same response to my next query!!! And when you phone you just get an automated voice response saying please send an email!!!!! Stay well away from these scammers!!

Shocking Customer Service!
I ordered some autos from them in October last year. Planted 5 of them on 17th October hoping to have them ready some time the end of Jan. To start with only 1 germinate and survived. Secondly it clearly wasn't the seeds that I ordered. By beginning of Jan, not even a start of showing any signs of starting to flower, never mind that it should be nearly finished. I have contacted them on numerous occasions via email and whatsapp and no answer or resolution to the problem. Not even to acknowledge. Shocking customer service! Totally threw off my planning to get through the winter months.
