Commission is selective when comes to complains.

Last year 2021 I wrote a complaint to the commission about one of the state hospitals pediatric department. I received an automatic email telling me that someone will get back to me. Till date the commission hasn't got back to me. It seems they have more important issues to deal with than dealing with individual's issues.
