It seems like Vodacom doesn't want to improve. Last week there was network issue in Westonaria. I reported and it was fixed. Again This is second day without Vodacom network in Westonaria. I followed up on my previous complain. Vodacom didn't respond. Why customers have to experience problems before Vodacom can notice fault in their towers. Please fix Westonaria network issue
It seems like standard bank trust doesn't want to improve their customer service. This is my 4th complain,they only improve for few days and back to point A. We struggle to get hold of reception and relation officers telephonically and via email. I would like to speak to standard trust managing director as standard bank hello Peter team failed to sort out this problem permanently. Now the transfer of the property that trust has to purchase haven't started due to standard trust incompetence. Purchase agreement signed weeks ago,but nothing is happening till date.
No network coverage around in Westonaria since from last night. We can't make or receive calls. Vodacom please do something as soon as possible.
It is said to pay for bad service. Zoom fibre network is very poor around Westonaria. This happened for a week now...
Please fix your network in westonaria because it's been on and off from the past week. We only receive better network when we are not around westonaria. Please fix your network issues.
National roodepoort branch was supposed to send a technician to replace my damaged key pad last week Friday. They called in and change date to Monday 12/12/2022. Monday no one came and i called in on Wednesday 14/12/2022 to check why they didn't send a technician. They rescheduled appointment date to 15/12/2022(today). Today they called in notifying me that they will send technician on Monday 19/12/2022. How can a security company that is dealing with response be so careless and leave customer to use a system without keyboard and rely on application in this loadsheddings? IM DONE WITH NATIONAL SECURITY.
On the 5th of December 2022,my alarm keyboard stopped functioning due to power failure. I did contact national security to send a technician. Technician by the name of Percy came and checked the whole system from power supply and found out that keyboard was faulty. Ive signed a job card and phoned national security roodepoort branch for follow up with the new keyboard. They told me that they will send technicians on Friday 9 December 2022. On the 9th e 2022 i received a call from h security roodepoort branch telling me that all their technicians are booked out. I told them i canceled all my appointments for Friday to see the technician. Technician need to come even if is late i don't mind. National security roodepoort branch decided to ignore client requests of sending technician to fix their system, but they choose to put me and my family on risk of relying on the application which looses network due to loadshedding. Even today 11 December 2022 i haven't received and call from national security roodepoort branch technical department.
On the 2nd of November 2022,i filed a complaint via email to shoprite regarding the rotten 10kg Spekko rice I bought from their Randfontein branch. I received a call from the lady called Renate in cape Town. She asked me to email her a till sleep. The reason why she ask for till slip is because on my email,I only attached photos of the rice. She promised me to contact the store I bought the rice to and get back to me. Unfortunately she didn't get back to me. 0n the 3rd of November 2022,I went to the store for follow up. store manager didn't know anything about my complain which I found it strange. I showed he photos too and she asked to make copy of my till sleep and contact pioneer foods. Same day pioneer foods call Centre agent called me to record the complain. They didn't get back to me till date. Renate from shoprite headquarters called me too and I told he about pioneer foods. She didn't get back to me till date. I'm still sitting with rotten rice that expires next year and I need explanation and apology from both companies
On the 03/11/2022,I went to shoprite Randfontein branch to complain about 10kg Spekko rice that I bought on the 3rd of October 2022. The rice was rotten when I opened it,part of it glued together with a green colour. I did send photos to both shoprite headquarters and pioneer foods whatsapp number after pioneer foods call Centre contacted me regarding my complaint. Even today I'm still stuck with rotten rice,that is only expiring next year. I last spoke to Renate from shoprite headquarters and pioneer foods consultant last week Friday 04/11/2022. Both companies doesn't take my complain serious.
On the 8th of July 2022 I downgraded my one of dstv compact package to dstv easy view and disconnected one of my dstv compact package. Out of two decoders, I downgraded one and disconnected one via their dstv app. I received confirmation of one package downgraded and one disconnected with the schedule date of the 15 July 2022. Today the downgraded package is downgraded as per my request. The disconnect one is no longer disconnected any more. I decided to disconnect it again, but it is only giving me a schedule date from tomorrow and I have to pay R13, 50 for today for they are mistake. I tried to call they are call Centre and switchboard number, but there is no answer. Self service option is not solving every problem as I need that package to be disconnected today, not tomorrow. I'm enough of paying for cartoons and repeats and boring contents from their channels. Even worse for paying for even channels that I've never watched.
