I am a South African nurse working abroad. I paid my annual fees in September 2022. My SANC receipt was supposed to be posted but I have never received it. It’s now the 23 Dec 2022, today I decided to make my way to SANC. Only for them to tell me they already posted it in October 2022. The lady at reception sent me to post office and told me it is not their fault at SANC if I have not received my receipt and I should go check at post office. The lady did not provide me with a tracking number for the postage. I got to post office and the lady working at post office was just as unhelpful, she told me she cannot help me without a tracking number. Now how am I supposed to continue with employment, anywhere in the world, without my SANC receipt?? They do not answer the phone. I have called multiple times. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
