I moved into southpoint on the 26th of September 2019 because it was almost exams and traveling everyday was becoming a problem. I am a nsfas student so they approved my res application and paid for 2 months plus 5 days (October, November plus the 5 days of September) it all amounted to around R8500.
Nsfas paid over R12 000 and when I went to financial aid to enquire about the amount they said it included the res deposit, which should be paid back to my account after I vacate the residence.
After I officially vacated I enquired with South Point central to find out when the deposit would be paid into my account and they said anytime from the 17th to the 19th of December because they are closing offices on the 19th.
Today is the 23rd and the deposit is still not in my account and I honestly do not know what to do now because when I call the phone just keeps ringing.
