I am not impressed with the way SARS is handling my refund. A tax Practioner filed my returns almost 2 months ago and to this day I have not received my refund. I have tried several times to call their help centre but they put me on hold for a long time until my airtime runs out. I called yesterday and I was number 326 on the line until my R50 airtime ran out. This is not fair because all the documents they needed were submitted, so why won’t they refund me?
I am very unhappy about the customer service of a herotel employee Caroline, she works at Come duze, Lehae (Lenasia). She is very rude and swears at customers. We stand in long lines while she gossips with her friends and sometimes she refuses to help us. Please do something about this.
I moved into southpoint on the 26th of September 2019 because it was almost exams and traveling everyday was becoming a problem. I am a nsfas student so they approved my res application and paid for 2 months plus 5 days (October, November plus the 5 days of September) it all amounted to around R8500. Nsfas paid over R12 000 and when I went to financial aid to enquire about the amount they said it included the res deposit, which should be paid back to my account after I vacate the residence. After I officially vacated I enquired with South Point central to find out when the deposit would be paid into my account and they said anytime from the 17th to the 19th of December because they are closing offices on the 19th. Today is the 23rd and the deposit is still not in my account and I honestly do not know what to do now because when I call the phone just keeps ringing.
My father passed away last year in April, and a month later we started submitting the forms and documents for gepf. We have resubmitted the same documents over 3 times and we still have not received a single dime. Every time we email them for an update they take over a month to respond, and the responses never really clarify anything. My father was the sole bread winner and things have been really difficult financially at home, I would like gepf employees to start doing the jobs because clearly they are getting paid for nothing if we claimed 18 months ago but still haven’t recieved any money!
I would like to thank the vodacom consultants for beinf so friendly, everytime i call and need assistance i always get it and i never have to hold for long on the line
The father of my child was working for Absa for the past few years and he quite his job after i got a garnishing order against him because he was failing to pay maintainance on time. The court ordered that money be deducted from his provident fund in April (a total of R19350). R9350 for outstanding maintainance from previous months and R10 000 for future maintainance to keep the child maintained untill he gets another job. The maintainance officers were communicating with Lebohang Radebe who only approved R9350 and said the company will not pay the remaining R10 000 for future maintainance. I went back to court and they made another order which they emailed to Lebohang but she still wouldnt approve the money. Iv been going up and down to court for the past few months and everytime they try to get ahold of Lebohang they say "she is in a meeting" and she does not respond to our emails anymore. I went to court again this month and a subpeona was issued for her to attend court on the 22nd November 2019. I have read other people's reviews and it seems she never shows up in court when subpeana'erd. I do not understand why she is acting so unprofessional, especially when i am a full time student and my kid really needs this money. He is graduating at the end of november and i need to pay for that, plus buy him chrismas clothes. The order was made in April , we are now in October and i still have not recieved money because of Lebohang. May she be dealt with accordingly because clearly she is incompetent and cannot sympathise with people. I will gladly attach the order if need be.
