Unfortunately no good news having the same problem once again with the product containing bones . my customers has returned the orders .i have been to Dawood again, this time i have been To Dawood 4 times this week . And i informed them that i am having the same problem once again.
Theh replaced some of the cartons that i could not use .i bought some more boxes with different case numbers but still having the same problem with the product containing many bones almost like chicken neck bones . they have given me a another batch but the new batches they have is December batches .the January batches had no problems however i see a pattern of Decemeber Batches containing problems.
I will attach the problem batches
Please bare in mind that my case for 2022/2023 is still unresolved and up until today no feedback on the case. Total loss 750kg and no compensation or any feed back from that case
Then i had new cases where i lost 250kg over December 2024 up until today still no feed back of the case still under investigation i was compensated one carton out of 250kg
Then another case for January ,February march of this year where i incurred a loss of 240kg from this i was compensated only10 cartons
I have been purcashing from Dawoods and i have been using your products for the past 10 years and in that 10 years i have never had any problem with quality or customers returning the orders . but if this continues i will definetly be forced to close my businesses .
Because i don't buy as much as my competitors somehow i feel that my complains and me incurring all these losses make me feel like as a loyal customer It does not mean anything to Sovereign Foods it feels like my complains Falls on Deaf ears . because if i really mattered this problem could have long been resolved .
Let it sink in i occurred a loss of 1240kg of your product containing bones and not up to the usual quality and standard of your own product . and yet i still remain a loyal and hopeful customer waiting. how much longer should i wait for feedback of the outcome of the investigation . because as it seems. It does not seem like its getting any better. Out of 1240kg of products that i and my business lost sovereign Foods replaces me with 110kg is this enough ? For being a loyal and continued customer. And still no feedback of the investigation even though i have provided everything that was asked of me .
Please speak to management as I'm sure management is the only one that can help me at this stage Jackie and Radesh has been more then helpful with me but i really need this to Be resolved as soon as possible .
