i purchased a 2nd hand vehicle on the 18th of February 2025 at Sovereign BMW Vereeniging.
The vehicle was inclusive of a 5-month warranty cover by the dealership ,Upon realizing issues with the car ,i requested the dealership to have a look at the car ,they have been promising to book the car in ever since .
additional to that i also realized that they billed me incorrectly , i was charged an extra R10 000 ,an amount different from what was advertised ,i was then told that the stock price and the advertised price were not the same , to me this constitutes false adverting.
i was further billed an R6000 described as a vehicle delivery fee ,while the car was collected by me from the dealership.
i have given the dealership ample time to correct this issues but it feels like they are not willing to rectify this issues ,my patience is really running thin.
i am very disappointed at BMW ,i regret the day i made this purchase.
