I purchased a Brand new LG 18 Washing Machine two Months ago at Bradlows Parys , The machine did Function properly , i informed the shop ,i was told LG need to collect the machine for inspection as they do not send technicians in my area ,LG called and made arrangements for pick up , the Machine was collected last week , without any communication the machine was delivered back by DSV couriers ,the machine appears damage with multiple scratches on all sides infact looks like a 10 year old machine as opposed to the brand new machine that was collected at my house , either the machine was damaged in transit or my machine was swapped. i am disappointed at the lack of proper communication i have experienced to date . i have not been provided with proper feedback as to what is wrong with the machine or whether the machine was fixed or what i bought a new machine for convenience but this far it feels like i am being treated unfairly. i would be happy if LG could replace this machine with a new functional machine or credit my store account.
registered a vehicle claim with Standard Bank Insurance on the 16th May 2025 .claim no SHS/2025/396520, my car was uplifted by their appointed assessor on the 22nd of May 2025 , every time i call i am told the claim has been escalated to management for review , my patience is really running thin .
i purchased a 2nd hand vehicle on the 18th of February 2025 at Sovereign BMW Vereeniging. The vehicle was inclusive of a 5-month warranty cover by the dealership ,Upon realizing issues with the car ,i requested the dealership to have a look at the car ,they have been promising to book the car in ever since . additional to that i also realized that they billed me incorrectly , i was charged an extra R10 000 ,an amount different from what was advertised ,i was then told that the stock price and the advertised price were not the same , to me this constitutes false adverting. i was further billed an R6000 described as a vehicle delivery fee ,while the car was collected by me from the dealership. i have given the dealership ample time to correct this issues but it feels like they are not willing to rectify this issues ,my patience is really running thin. i am very disappointed at BMW ,i regret the day i made this purchase.
I registered a hail damage claim on the 8th of November, assessed on the 11th of November, claim still not finalized, the assessors report says i am under insured but my cover was upgraded in April as per the insurance's recommendation and quotation ,today the 20th of November i am told that the value of my house is 4.9M ,i only upgraded to 4.6M while the assessor is the one who evaluated the house and recommended the new cover amount ,now i am being sent from one pillar to the next as if this is my fault, i am beyond frustrated and disappointed at Brolink
