SOVIET VALENTINES COMPETITION

I entered their Valentine competition and I was contacted by Talia Huysamen who works for the company. She send me a facebook messenger message congratulating me on being one of the winners - I chose option B which was the ladies hamper. I was requested to send my personal details size shoe etc, to her and they will send the prize via courier in time for valentines day. I was excited so I sent my details off and was very happy for a few days... until this same person sends me a message to say SORRY You didnt receive the message from Soviet page, so I wont win anything. HUH? That's it? no - sorry but perhaps we will send you some chocolates to say sorry for the mishap.

I am very disappointed! I want to throw my soviet clothing and shoes away I would never support your brand again - you have no empathy for people!
