Impeccable Service
I am extremely impressed with the prompt service received from Sintiche. I opted for a 7 Day UBC & a courier service to the UK. All my expectations were met right on time. Communication & status was updated professionally by Sintiche. Today my son received his UBC in the UK. I am truly grateful. SP Document Trade is also much more affordable than the other Document service companies I had contacted. I will honestly recommend this company 1000%, their service is impeccable!!

Doing things right when things go wrong
I requested the service for an unabridged birth certificate, opting for the 7-day turnaround time (pricey, but who has the time to hang around Home Affairs, am I right?) Lo, within seven days I had my UBC. Now here's where it gets interesting: there was an error captured on my UBC at the DHA, so it was unusable. I alerted SP Documents (Sintiche) to the error, which was promptly corrected, resubmitted, and rushed through - no quibbles, no stories, no BS. Although I did not get my document when expected, technically, it did arrive on time, mistakes happen, and it was the handling of a problem that prompted me to rate julle five stars. I also now have a correct UBC. Many thanks!
