Reverse spa treatment. Leave feeling refreshed with frustration!!!

My fiance' and I have booked ourselves a treatment, we firstly got to the wrong place as they have moved premises. Never the less we have arrived well before the time we were booked for, upon arrival, a lady assisted us told us that treatments were being finished off and will be with us soon, 20min later another lady came to tell us that they should be done in 10min.............. all together we have been sitting in the waiting area for 30min!!!! And after 30min another two ladies show up and ask if we could wait a further 30min!!!! We have planned our day around the spa treatment and have booked in advance, paid for and did everything we needed to and then we end up leaving and day gone to waist!!! As far as the venue goes, nothing tranquil, relaxing or calm about the place, they had a +- 9year old cutting the grass with a **** eater wearing shorts and crocs, not only was this making a noise but so unsafe for a minor to be using a power tool with no protection or supervision! Advise to all considering this place... take your money elsewhere, no spa could be worse managed with the horrible service to go with it.
