Service and maintenance going down and down, at it pleases them to save money at the expense of their clients. One of the latest occurrences: no more hot water in the kitchens and bathrooms so as to save the repair of the geyser.

On top of impossibly messy invoicing with incorrect amounts, incorrect descriptions, incorrect credit notes, they change the rules when it pleases them and threaten you if you don't agree.
