Spaces Rivonia. Service and maintenance going down and down, at it pleases them to save money at the expense of their clients. One of the latest occurrences: no more hot water in the kitchens and bathrooms so as to save the repair of the geyser. On top of impossibly messy invoicing with incorrect amounts, incorrect descriptions, incorrect credit notes, they change the rules when it pleases them and threaten you if you don't agree.
You pay, you don't get delivery and then no more response. I have effectively been ******** by R 870.
Half delivery lost Labelling of parcel was modified Very rude customer "service" cutting off conversation before issue is resolved.
We did everything, including taking 5 selfies and uploading ID documents but the system cannot recognise the person who simply has a differnt hairdo and whose selfie does not match the picture on the ID. Consequence: the booking is cancelled, in spite of talking to 3 different people. Nothing's better than a good old fashion hotel...
I returned my car with full petrol tank, was able to supply receip + photo of the fuel indicator. AVIS helped themselves on my credit card about R260 and I have been unable, so far, to get my money back.
Found via Bark.com to repair roof leaks. They took R8,000, and came to do "something". But at the first rain, it appears nothing is fixed and the leak is as bad as before. 2 months later and after many promises, still nothing. Bark.com say they cannot assist.
As per their own saying, they are acting a a yellow pages, without checking who are the companies proposing services. So... if the contractor takes your maney and does not deliver, it is not their problem.
In spite of their adverts at all entrances of parkings that it won't cost you more, Admyt now charges an admin fee that can be as high as +33.3%.
