Greetings am not happy with orchards spar my mom payed for services it only cleared to them not tshwane so tshwane said she must go to spar for refund she has been going they keep tell her they are investigating, yesterday she went back they told her she will get the feedback after 12 weeks they have not been so helpful meanwhile the bill keeps going up we need our money so we can pay for services @orchards spar

Wow,I love spar products and the incredible savings,with Spar rewards card,we get to save a lot even the Spar name product's are the best&the cooked,baked food are so fresh,like I'm happy with everything!

The worsted of them all. I was reprminiding a security who was dragging a very young girl for either not paying sytealing. I advised her that you cannot drag a child like that and i was ignotred. A staff memeber passed by and advised that it's wrong to drag a minor like that that considering they don't know what kind of maybe deasess she may have. An altercation ensued as he advised me that it has nothing to do with me, I said I am a parent and said you cannot drag a child like as it's purely stupidity to do, I was attacked and finger pointed by the staff member who continued swearing at me with my private part still wearing a Spar TShirt on duty and asked to see the Manager Manager , Gabriel said he does not know his name and to make matters worse I was threatened in front of him and the manager as per usual, defended the action of the child who was dragged and me being sworn at and intimidated and threatened in-front on of him. The manager also failed to reprimand the employee who was threatening me and yet justifying what the employee was doing to me

Hello Peter I am writing to lodge a complain about this outlet, a purchase was made on the 8th August 2024 via Apple pay and then the cashier lady said it has declined but on my account it has debited then she said it will reverse it, ohk i waited 9 days before i can visit them for a refund, yes i did visit them and submitted the bank statement as requested but now i am waiting in the dark i didn't receive my refund and no feedback from them with regards to my refund, i am using my own money to visit the store to claim my refund but seems like i am waiting more of my money. The management there has my number, i believe Spar will take this matter into attention and make things right.buy refunding me ASAP.

I purchased a shawarma from their kiosk, expecting it to contain beef strips as clearly depicted in the picture displayed. However, upon consuming the shawarma, I was dismayed to discover that it was made using shredded beef burger patties instead. This blatant misrepresentation not only misled me as a customer but also fell far short of the expected quality and standards I associate with SPAR. Following this incident, I promptly contacted your customer service department to voice my concerns. While I appreciate the initial follow-up call, I am disappointed to report that the issue remains unresolved. Despite assurances that my complaint would be addressed, no satisfactory solution has been provided. To my dismay, the situation worsened when I purchased a chicken shawarma from the store again. Upon opening it, I was shocked to find raw chicken inside. I have video evidence of this alarming discovery should you require proof. This is not only a serious health hazard but also a clear indication of negligence in food preparation and quality control. These incidents have left me with serious doubts about the consistency and integrity of the products sold at your SPAR Hebron. Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the apparent disparity in product quality between different neighborhoods. It is disheartening to believe that such discrepancies exist in 2024, particularly when dealing with large corporations that should prioritize customer satisfaction and safety over profit margins. In light of these experiences, I request the following actions to be taken: 1. An immediate refund for both the misrepresented beef shawarma and the unacceptable chicken shawarma i purchased. 2. A thorough investigation into the food handling and quality assurance practices at your SPAR Hebron location to prevent similar incidents in the future. 3. Assurance that steps will be taken to uphold consistent product quality across all SPAR locations, regardless of the neighborhood they serve. 4.
