Hello Peter I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two separate incidents that have left me deeply dissatisfied with the products and service provided at a SPAR at Hebron Mall. I purchased a shawarma from their kiosk, expecting it to contain beef strips as clearly depicted in the picture displayed. However, upon consuming the shawarma, I was dismayed to discover that it was made using shredded beef burger patties instead. This blatant misrepresentation not only misled me as a customer but also fell far short of the expected quality and standards I associate with SPAR. Following this incident, I promptly contacted your customer service department to voice my concerns. While I appreciate the initial follow-up call, I am disappointed to report that the issue remains unresolved. Despite assurances that my complaint would be addressed, no satisfactory solution has been provided. To my dismay, the situation worsened when I purchased a chicken shawarma from the store again. Upon opening it, I was shocked to find raw chicken inside. I have video evidence of this alarming discovery should you require proof. This is not only a serious health hazard but also a clear indication of negligence in food preparation and quality control. These incidents have left me with serious doubts about the consistency and integrity of the products sold at your SPAR Hebron. Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the apparent disparity in product quality between different neighborhoods. It is disheartening to believe that such discrepancies exist in 2024, particularly when dealing with large corporations that should prioritize customer satisfaction and safety over profit margins. In light of these experiences, I request the following actions to be taken: 1. An immediate refund for both the misrepresented beef shawarma and the unacceptable chicken shawarma i purchased. 2. A thorough investigation into the food handling and quality assurance practices at your SPAR Hebron location to prevent similar incidents in the future. 3. Assurance that steps will be taken to uphold consistent product quality across all SPAR locations, regardless of the neighborhood they serve. 4. A formal apology for the inconvenience, disappointment, and health risk caused by these incidents. I expect a swift and comprehensive response to this complaint. The management there has my number. Dont go to Goldrush Morula Casino the staff there is rude, lazy and no help at all, I live around the area and I thought it would be nice for me an a couple of my friends to go watch champions league semi final between RMadrid vs Roma only to find the casino with more than 20 tv sets playing only two channels across the hole floor, I was there to spend my money and not one of the staff or managers could help me really. I cant help but think that if I were white the situation would have turned out differently
HI my name is Kagiso Hlalethwa and on Saturday the 29th of August in the morning i was on my way to a funeral i got to the BP Garage on Grayston drive, I asked the attendant to put in R180 worth of petrol instead he put in full tank, i talk to him and he asked me very nicely not to call the manager because he might loose his job , i ask him what is the solution he says i must pay it up, i then call the manager which comes back to me and says that he is taking his employees side of the story so i must pay it, he then calls the police on a theft charge , they keept on saying to me that the petrol is already in my car and that im going to use it anyway and the fact that i was going to put in petrol anyway for the new week coming, never mind the fact that i did not ask for that amount, i did not plan on spending that much, why do i have to accountability for his attendants not paying attention at doing his job and i am very angry at the manager for calling me a thief and saying that its his attendant's word against mine, i did not ask for all of that but i have to pay for it, the police and the manager sugessting that i leave a laptop,Ipad, Hard Drive until i came back to pay it off
