Threatened Child abuse, ************
The worsted of them all. I was reprminiding a security who was dragging a very young girl for either not paying sytealing. I advised her that you cannot drag a child like that and i was ignotred. A staff memeber passed by and advised that it's wrong to drag a minor like that that considering they don't know what kind of maybe deasess she may have. An altercation ensued as he advised me that it has nothing to do with me, I said I am a parent and said you cannot drag a child like as it's purely stupidity to do, I was attacked and finger pointed by the staff member who continued swearing at me with my private part still wearing a Spar TShirt on duty and asked to see the Manager Manager , Gabriel said he does not know his name and to make matters worse I was threatened in front of him and the manager as per usual, defended the action of the child who was dragged and me being sworn at and intimidated and threatened in-front on of him. The manager also failed to reprimand the employee who was threatening me and yet justifying what the employee was doing to me

Bad, bad and very bad Service
I have been reversing monies that have been debited from my account.1. I called in the first time around, i was told that they cannot reverse it and i should call the company, and it was my first call and did that, little do i know that the contact number provided for the company do not work, i google it and got another number that does not work. 2. I managed to reverse other payment from the same company and also " stop request submitted" . The company managed to to debit again, yet now when i check reverse debit, i see reversed " on my account, there's not monies reflecting, i called and spoke to a gentleman on 01/02/2023 and he said he'll charge me R45.00 for reversing it, to my surprise initially i was told that they cannot reverse. I spoke to a nice lady "kaylene hargreaves", then I was charged R45.00 on top of something that reflects on my account as a reversal, so i was charged a reversal fee on top of a reversal. I was told to wait from 24-hour onwards For something that should have reflected in 5 minutes, i know have to wait for more than 24hours, now my kids have to be absent from school because standard bank's security system on their client's account is bad. I emailed her from my transaction that it show that it's reversed, where has it reversed the monies to, since been with STD bank, I have never been happy as the most unhelpful bank. Perhaps it's a bank for millionaire's that get assistance from the bank. I managed to be speak to her Team Leader "Gontse". who promised to callback. I will update what transpired between Gontse and myself...regarding my query

Been beaten and sworn at in a Fashion Express
I went to Fashion express, to approach a so called manager for her to stop harassing my wife. As I approached, I have been sworn at by her in a shop, she was telling me that she does not have time for dying people as I was HIV positive and i am dying. She pushed my son while she was man handling me. My son is only 6yrs old and hates the mall because of what he saw. Fashion Express would be one of the shops who would discriminatel HIV people. I was shocked as to where she got the information from as she is not a person I am used to. My wife's is afraid as she is now a mall talker, everyone is taking about my family - my kids, my wife, and myself are been talked about at the mall. I will be logging this also with the Media, TAC and sort of publication i can get. I am deeply hurt as this was disclosed publicly, at the same time, she goes and threatens my wife at her working place, now we had to apply for a restraining order. We have been now discussed in public transports. When i requested to speak to the manager, he told me she is the manager, still beating me up. i could not hit her back as I was afraid of being arrested.
