I see a lot of complaints on Hello Peter RE: Spar2U refunds!! I am.also.having a very bad experience. You can add me to the list!!
I should have checked the reviews for Spar 2u before considering using the functionality!!!
I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE SUCH A DELAY WITH REFUNDS? ARE THEY EARNING EXTRA INTEREST?!!
My story:
- Placed an order via app
- Not all the stock was delivered. - Order was changed with my consent.
- Malelane Superspar super professional with the delivery and the delivery guy was very friendly and on time on New Year's day
- Saw that the initial order's amount was deducted from my credit card plus some fee??
- Struggled to get in touch with the correct department within Spar RE: my refund
- It is now Day 16 and refund not reflecting in my bank account yet
- Keep on following up with with them and all they say that it takes time??
- In this day and age with all the technology available plus competition with 60/60.and Woolies How is it even possible??
- One expects more from you Spar 2u!!!
- Is this a new way to earn interest from customers??
