Disappointed by Poor Service and Payment Delays I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Profmed What should be a source of support during times o llf medical need has instead become a source of stress and frustration. Despite submitting all required documentation promptly and following up multiple times, my claims have been met with endless delays and vague responses. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable—especially when dealing with something as critical as healthcare. Customer service is consistently unhelpful, with long wait times and agents who seem either uninformed or unwilling to assist. Each interaction feels like starting from scratch, and there's no sense of urgency or empathy. Delayed payments have not only disrupted my financial planning but also strained relationships with healthcare providers who are waiting for reimbur*****t. It’s deeply concerning that a company entrusted with people’s health can operate with such disregard for its members. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. We deserve better—timely payments, clear communication, and a service that reflects the seriousness of its role in our lives.
I see a lot of complaints on Hello Peter RE: Spar2U refunds!! I am.also.having a very bad experience. You can add me to the list!! I should have checked the reviews for Spar 2u before considering using the functionality!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE SUCH A DELAY WITH REFUNDS? ARE THEY EARNING EXTRA INTEREST?!! My story: - Placed an order via app - Not all the stock was delivered. - Order was changed with my consent. - Malelane Superspar super professional with the delivery and the delivery guy was very friendly and on time on New Year's day - Saw that the initial order's amount was deducted from my credit card plus some fee?? - Struggled to get in touch with the correct department within Spar RE: my refund - It is now Day 16 and refund not reflecting in my bank account yet - Keep on following up with with them and all they say that it takes time?? - In this day and age with all the technology available plus competition with 60/60.and Woolies How is it even possible?? - One expects more from you Spar 2u!!!

Skynet's telephone number and whatsapp and online chat don't work. I have been struggling to collect a parcel for two weeks now. They don't respond. I have paid already. They don not respond, do not even attempt to help.
Cannot contact RTMC - I need their urgent assistance. Send emails but no response!! If you call you go into a queing system. I held for over two hours, each time I am first in line the line just drops .... How on earth can these people act as third party to issue our licenses if they are not available and just ignore calls and emails!!! Give the contract to someone who is competent!!! DO NOT RENEW YOUR LICENSE WITH THEM!!
Business is not what they advertise on Booking.com No WiFi, No Flat Screen TV, No Electricity, No mountain view, No dam view, No cutlery, No tea/Coffee, No cups/glasses, Towel for one person only, No soap in bathroom, No warm water, No restaurant, No spa or wellness centre. Host charged us more than price om Booking.com. Or give some discount for the inconvenience. He should have informed us beforehand that he cannot accommodate us because of the electrical problem. We could not bath. We could not charge our phones after he said he will make a plan. Very poor value for money.
My credit card was 'hacked' approximately two weeks ago. I reported it to Standard Bank Fraud line as soon as I became aware of it. They said it will take approximately 6 working days to resolve the matter. I've been contacting them the past week to follow up on the matter (telephonically and email) but nobody could give me an update on the status of the matter. Each time they promise that the claims Department will contact me back. My new credit card has also not been delivered yet. In the meantime I need I can't do any Christmas shopping or pay/purchase what I have to for school items.in January. I've been a client with Standard Bank for many years. The service has collapsed over time now. It is a 'luxury' to find a friendly face in the bank. Nevermind helpful. Otherwise the force you to call. Where you speak to a call centre who cannot transfer you to relevant department. All they say is that the relevant department will contact you back. And it doesn't happen. In short... Standard Bank's security regarding online banking had been compromised and they don't take accountability. Their service is terrible. They have lost their personal touch with clients.
Vodacom contacted me to upgrade my contract. (Tele Sales) After reviewing the deal (the following day) I decided to cancel the upgrade. I contacted them immediately thereafter, and have been calling ever since. It is still within my rights to cancel the contract - I have a 14 day cancellation period. Now they want to deliver the device(s) first, and only after the delivery I can cancel the upgrade. I am still on the line waiting for them. They transfer me from one person to another.
