They've been saying it will reflect its been two weeks now Poor sales lady Nikki doesnt know what to do anymore because the big boss doesn't want to send my money back.

@Natalia Vego🔥💯👑:I received the worse service ever from spares for Africa in Pretoria. I work with clients on a daily and the service received is honestly pathetic. I called them on Friday requesting if they have a specific part and I spoke to Peter stating yes they have it. Told him to please keep it aside for me already on Saturday. Informed him I'll fetch it on Monday at 12.. Got there pass 12 just to find that they only getting the engineer to come take the part than. Waited half an hour for them to say I have to wait about an hour or longer for this part. Peter than advises me to go home and they will deliver it. Just to inform me that I have to pay for delivery. I drove 30 minutes to get the part which was suppose to be ready just to find i have to go back home for it to be delivered however I must pay for it.. Till now I am still waiting for the part to be delivered. Paid for the parts and for delivery and this part has still not been delivered. This is the worse service I have ever received. Spoke to Louise and she advised it will be delivered today in the morning still nothing has arrived. Peter informed Louise that they Will have to pay for delivery for Louise to say as the manager she can't do that as it was her fault it was Peter's fault. No ownership was taken. They made me feel like I was wrong. They argued in front of me as the client with no solution at all. Without clients youll won't have a business remember that!!!!

I bought an engine on the 19th July 2025 at Spare4 Africa and that was the worst mistake I've ever done. The engine was installed but it had loud noise; then I returned it. 2nd engine didn't want to start then 3rd engine also had it's own problems. All this attempts I've been paying my mechanic to install the engine n take it out. I was the one always calling spares 4 Africa to refund me and everytime I was given stories. On the 3rd attempt they insisted that their mechanic to come to my place to check their engine n he confirmed that the engine has problems. Mind u for those weeks I've been hiring someone car to run my business. I have lost so much money from the 22 July till 18 of August. After so many whatsapp from me to them I was refunded on the 18 August 2025. Bad service with no communication from Spares 4Africa. I won't advise anyone to buy an engine from Spares4Africa.

Het n engin gekoop by spares4 africa. Eerste een was stukkend. 2 de een het gerook. Na hulle hom gaan reg maak gese die turbo moet vervang word. Betaal vir alles. In 100 km gebruik hy 5 lt olie. Eerste engin gekoop in October 2024. Nou Januarie 2025 en nog geen kar om mee te ry nie

I started working there June 2023, I was involved in a bike accident. Still went to work, when I was in hospital for sepsus. They proceeded to give away my position and when I returned to work (because obviously they wanted to avoid legal action) I was placed in a department, I wasn't hired for, was "asked" (instructed) to (with my leg and crutches) document all cars in the yard, even tho everyone knew it wasn't safe for me to do so, and then I organized and cleaned the top floor completely, also with crutches. When I was fully healed, I returned to my desk job. Where I was invited to go drink with my colleagues, coincidentally when I was in a bad, very obvious, emotional state. Where my boss asked me to stay even later, made a move on me. And unfortunately, I allowed it. And afterwards, I would have become his Personal Assistant, doing more Personal assisting, than Administration. Do you really want to work with a company that conducts themselves like this? After I've come to my senses days later, I resigned. And till this day, I'm struggling to sort out the situation in private, and I'm constantly being left on read.

Donovan from Spares4Africa and Naomi Burger, an employee, have been having an affair both before, during and after work hours, Naomi Burger herself has admitted this to be the truth after multiple rumors had reached her boyfriend. Donovan had had an affair with another worker as well but had to call it off as his wife found out and the company. These affairs have caused much damage to the company and its reputation privately.
