Poor after sales service

My issue isn't resolved yet, but I hope that it does.

I bought a door and door panel from them, only the door pitched up, and it is BADLY DAMAGED. I am now struggling to connect with the salesman that helped, and everyone else is diverting me.

I did get a phone call from someone, that assured me that they will happile refund me, but I don't know who it was, nor do I have this in writing.

Not very happy with their after sales.
