I would like to complain about the ********** service I received at the wonderpark sparkling auto.

I brought my car in for a full wash (R120) at 9:20am. I then proceed to go for my morning run which took me about 45 mins to complete.

When I arrived back, to my shock my car hadn't even moved into being washed. The manager then asked which one was my car and I followed to tell him.

Another 20-30 minutes elapsed and still my car wasn't washed, which then proceed to asking for my car back. The manager was unapologetic about the delay. I wouldn't advise using their services.
