POOR AFTERSALES SUPPORT REF: CSA00187A ORDER NO: SP400702

Bought an item late April 2025, got delivered on the 2nd of May but the item did not fit me, logged a return/refund on the 12th of May 2025 and i was given a reference number then started following up with CS dept for pick up of the item. I was then given a run around till to date, they're still awaiting a feedback from the back office. I am never buying from your store ever again!!!!
