Outstanding care

I stumbled across Speed Surf while searching for a new ISP & I absolutely loved their AirFibre deals. I left a message to call me back as it was Christmas time, so I expected a call in the new year but nope, they contacted me 2 days after Christmas.

I explained my situation that I was physically disabled, living in a care home & that I needed to be connected up urgently. They helped & guided me through the sign up procedure & were able to come around within the hour to set me up. I don't think they can do that all the time but I am so taken aback by their level of professionalism in wanting to help.

Although I couldn't use their product due to tall trees in the area, I was & am so highly impressed at their commitment to outstanding customer care & taking the time to explain to me the cons involved with tall trees, that I rate them as one of the best customer cares that I have ever received in this country.
