Struggling to get Winnings paid out

A week later and struggle to get my Winnings of R500, sending same message over and over, that you are intitled to your Winnings, they busy fixing the problem on system.... Really how long does that take

After email was send again to spin247, this is what they send: ......The issue is currently under investigation by the payments team, unfortunately we don't have any other information regarding this issue.

So why do they still take deposits from people if your Winnings will not be paid out, I sommer will contact the Devi show and have an interview with her with more people that have the same problem
