I spent alot of money on this casino won once and my account was closed when trying to withdraw stay far away from this casino I spent R7000 on my phone bill and couldn't even withdraw R2500 and had R370 in my account was told a month after requesting withdrawal that the account was closed due to investigation and deposit patterns and all that yet my bill is paid in full always.

Please stay away from Spin247 when it’s time to pay up they run away and demand all sort of documents. And after you send them those documents they ignore your emails. Your withdrawal will stay Pending forever. They are running a ****.

I made a withdrawal on the 1st of March 2024, kept pending, when I enquired, they wanted 3 months intemised phone bills where the deposits came from, I sent to them, it’s the 18th of March today - they closed my account & voided all my winnings! Ridiculously unfair!

After deposit money from pay by phone, (advance airtime) and they refuse to payout winnings if not received an itemise billing from your service provider, I don't get my itemise billing with my acounts monthly, so how do you proof to them after doing your own recon, that it was you, depositing tge airtime to play.....

A week later and struggle to get my Winnings of R500, sending same message over and over, that you are intitled to your Winnings, they busy fixing the problem on system.... Really how long does that take
