I have had numerous ulinteractions with Alexander forbes claimed atleast 3 times this being the 4th time and I am really impressed well done what a come back I was blown away by the eagerness to assist I spoke to mpho he is knowledgeable and made me actually have faith again in Alexander forbes what ever changes that have been made has really made a massive difference well done 😊
I sent my Huawei y91 in for repairs the battery was expanding and the phone was giving me a heads up the battery needs attention I sent a request for the postal repair service on the 1st of December 2025 because I needed a back up phone which only arrived the day before then I got notice it will be collected on the 3rd of December 2025 which never happened it got collected the 4th of December I had to follow up as no one contacted me about the delay I also packed the charger with the device upon request by the 9th I received a quote for replacement of the battery and I requested for the repairs to continue as I would be paid the 20th and will pay immediately for this to be done then 10th of december I had a missed call and I tried calling back with no luck of speaking to the person assisting me they said they will call back now I work in an environment where we are not allowed our cellphones on us while working so it made it hard for me to answer any calls yet I had no reply via email I also had a missed call the 17th but didn't get a chance to call back then all of a sudden Monday the 22nd the device was delivered back to me I was in shock thought it was repaired only to find this phone that I sent in working condition no longer even turns on I even flashed the device so that it was ready for the work to be done the battery was still working and even holding charge now when I get it I had to take it to another guy to repair and I had to then spend 1000 all together on replacing the battery and the Ic aswell I don't think this is very fair try calling only twice and not even replying to an email I sent and to have made the phone worse costing me more money this is the worst service ever
I'm so disappointed with game my aunt wanted a Tumble dryer for a while and decided to sell her car to get what she needs to be comfortable as she is not a spring chicken and deserves comfort as a minimum so when she asked me on the 24th to order this I did paid and delivery came in on the 26th she Battles with mobility and also wasn't comfortable using it until she had been shown her son offered and arrived to assist that Sunday as he also does not live near his mom like me and when he arrived he noticed this dent the machine had fallen or something and it was still delivered 5000 is a lot of money to pay and to receive something broken how would you feel if this was your mom or aunt or any family for that matter or yourself come on man reported it the 1st of April and we still have no resolution it's the 5th already this is unfair
Placed an order was watching the live GPS to go to the gate only for it to show order canceled and I had to wait for a credit to order the same stuff again and got charged for delivery again very unprofessional iv never had a problem before place many orders.
Momentum health4me is the worst I have had to pay upfront for a specialist visit I am told to submit the paper work for a claim so I can get a refund and I am waiting for two weeks for this to be paid and don't get any feed back at all from them.
I claimed my two pot withdrawal on the 6th already and I'm yet to get any response from Alexander Forbes I have emailed them a few times and don't get a response and calling is a waste of time as I work in retail I can't be on my phone worst service ever and not the first time either.
I spent alot of money on this casino won once and my account was closed when trying to withdraw stay far away from this casino I spent R7000 on my phone bill and couldn't even withdraw R2500 and had R370 in my account was told a month after requesting withdrawal that the account was closed due to investigation and deposit patterns and all that yet my bill is paid in full always.
They are the reason I have had my telkom contract for more then 10 years and their new services are so easy
I have a loan with sanlam that I had an issue with a debit going off causing my loan to go into arrears I paid across 1000 last week already I forwarded proof of payments and I get no acknowledgement I am battling to get ahold of them telephonically aswell I am just so tired of stressing if they money was received or not worst service ever and when I requested payment arrangements I was simply told sorry we cant yet I must pay more to have a roof over my head and no food because of them not even wanting to assist.
Telkom is the worst company to work through this is the third month with a billing problems because they are a useless company first i needed to change banking details then i was told it will take a month to change and that i must do an eft i do the eft then they debit my account after that i had to reverse the debit order they then proceeded to charge me R 200 for a bounced debit order which i disputed and then the following month they didnt bother to debit my account until i did a self service payement and then they sent me an invoice for two months, then this month my pay day is today they attemted to debit my account yesterday when i was not paid and all i was told today is it stipulates in the contract that they do not debit over a weekend wonder when this came into play as we supposedly should know this, then they are now causing my bank to charge me R100 for this unsuccesful debit and their R 200 for unsuccessful debit absolute rip offs this company is a waste of time money and effort.
