My experience with Spitfire Furniture has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
I ordered a leather couch in November 2025, and four months later I am still waiting with no delivery and no clear communication.
Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, my calls are often avoided or ignored. On the few occasions that I do get hold of someone, I am given delivery dates that come and go with no delivery and no follow-up communication.
After months of broken promises, delays, and lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
At this point, the entire experience feels extremely unprofessional and concerning. I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from Spitfire Furniture based on my experience.
