Absolutely Outstanding Catering Experience!

We recently booked this incredible team to cater my partner’s 50th birthday with a lamb on the spit, and from start to finish the experience was faultless. The cook was nothing short of exceptional, he basted the lamb perfectly throughout, cooked it to absolute perfection, and did it all whilst being discreet, polite, and incredibly efficient. The result? Succulent, flavourful, melt-in-your-mouth lamb that our guests are still talking about.

Pat and Troy were an absolute pleasure to deal with, warm, friendly, and professional from the first interaction to the last. Every guest was so well catered for that many still managed to take leftovers home (a true sign of generous catering!). To top it off, the team allowed us to have their equipment collected the following day, which made hosting with guests still around completely stress-free.
